Nostalgic vibes reminds me of old school horror games grew up with.
Puzzles can be annoying and frustrating as very old school as in gives you clues but not explain best way to solve such as the telephone number or which bell to hit in order to get the shotgun.
Camera angles being fixed can be annoying as often get caught by traps or enemies as cant see them because of fixed camera angle.
Combat is clunky as trying to avoid attacks is clunky and your movement is stiff

However for £24.99, the puzzles can be annoying and frustrating to solve and the camera angles being fixed can be annoying as often leads you take damage from traps or enemies and the combat is clunky as trying dodge and shoot is slow and clunky and you move is stiff.

STORY
The town of Hallfein once rested on the border between three provinces, prospering thanks to mining and trade. However, a mysterious tragedy struck the peaceful town, and most of its residents completely vanished. Hallfein became a restricted area, and access was forbidden to all except investigators from the capital.
Years passed, and the restrictions were eventually lifted, after which plans to restore the town were put together. Taking this opportunity, a young man and young woman follow their hearts and return to Hallfein after being forced to leave it so long ago; the young woman wanting to restore the shop previously run by her missing grandfather, and the young man hoping to learn more about the items left to him by his departed father. They both also seek to learn why the town’s residents vanished that day.
The two will meet and set out on a journey in search of the truth together. However, neither could imagine just what would await them on that journey.

By linking the Gift Colors of ingredients, their traits will be carried over to the finished product. Players can also unlock new recipes by adding specific ingredients to certain recipes. Additionally, each recipe has three arrangement slots where extra ingredients can be added, boosting the effects of the finished product.

Help boost the town’s restoration activities by selling a variety of items, and then invest the profits and resources earned from the shop to develop the town further. As the town starts to bustle once again, reference books containing new synthesis recipes will be made available, and the story will develop!
Dimensional Paths
In the multi-floor dungeon Dimensional Paths, the map layout and monsters change with every challenge. The higher the difficulty, the more valuable ingredients you can obtain. Powerful enemies and treasure chests may also yield rare equipment known as Starpearls. Venture into the Dimensional Paths in pursuit of premium synthesis ingredients and coveted Starpearls!

However for £49.99, the story is fun and interesting with a nice detailed art style and the characters you meet all have own look and own personality to them and enemies are cool as all have own look and own attacks to learn to counter and even offer own drops used for crafting and more and the world is fun and exciting as has secrets to find and a day or night cycle which has own drops and own enemies and skills are cool as own feel to them and can make own build to suit style and items are cool as alot of them and all have own uses such as crafting and own look to them and game offers so much more as never played franchise but now total fan was so great and so much in the game can even run a shop and much more. LOVED THE GAME.

Retro vibe reminds me of streets of rage style.

No reason to replay after you finish the campaign as no multiple paths to take.

Would have been nice if able get new armor and new weapons.
